Building a Better Life In the Preface of Attitude

William James of Harvard University said, "man's greatest discovery is that the change in attitude can change one's fate". A study done by Harvard University found that when people get jobs, 85% success caused by their attitude, and only 15% because of their intelligence and knowledge. Like a building then the building foundation is your attitude. The higher the building the deeper the foundation created in order to stand firm. So also with humans, attitude makes you who you are as human beings who can be the greatest asset or biggest burden even for you. George Bernard Shaw said, "People are always blaming circumstances for what happened to them. Those who succeed in this world are those who learn more and find things they want and, if you do not find it, they create it.

The way you look at life relates to your attitude.
One of the stories I liked best was about a grandfather and grandmother visiting her grandchildren. Every evening, the Grandfather lay down for a nap. On one day, for a joke, the kids decided to spread butter on his grandfather's mustache. Soon the old man woke up and sniffed. "Well, this room smells rotten," he cried, got up and went into the kitchen. Not long after he concluded that the kitchen smell too, so he went outside for a breath of fresh air. What surprised the grandfather, the air outside the home did not give freshness, and he exclaimed, "The whole world stinks!" It's true that in life. If we bring up the butter in our attitude, then the whole world stinks.

Therefore start to change. Human nature in general is not like change. Change is not fun. Whatever the effect, both positive and negative, causing stress changes. Sometimes we feel so comfortable with our negativity, even when the changes we do is for something positive though, we can not accept it. We choose to remain to maintain a negative attitude. There are examples of a story about a prisoner who had been years in the brackets in a dark cell. When finished running his sentence, he obtained freedom. He was taken out of his cell, or under the open sun. This man looked around and after a while he likes tiadk newly acquired freedom, and then he asked to be put back into the cell. For him, the dark cells, chains and darkness, more secure and comfortable than the change of freedom and the outdoors. Ask yourself to test your attitudes to answer this question: "Do you feel your world treating you well?" If your attitude toward the world better, you will receive good results. If you feel mediocre about the world, a response to you from the world also will rise only mediocre. If you have a bad feeling about the world, then you think just get negative feedback from life.

In closing, I would suggest start from this moment you are the one who is responsible for your attitude sendiri.Kita must accept responsibility for it throughout our lives. Do not blame others or anything else, except ourselves. Every morning, our choice is that our attitude toward life. We have to accept responsibility for their behavior and our actions. Leave your past, clean yourself. Go back to the right track. Bring your dreams and go forth. No one can change your life for the better unless you yourself are doing
